Users should feel “pretty comfortable” with the KYC procedure if they are not engaging in illegal activities like money laundering, according to Bitget managing director Gracy Chen.
In just two years, the firm, according to Chen, doubled in size. About 150 people worked at our firm two years ago, and there are currently 1,500, according to Chen. The CEO emphasized that their recent efforts and results-driven attitude are what led to this. Chen clarified:
“We believe it is similar to running a marathon. In light of what we’ve been doing, you’ll see that our staff is highly operationally result-driven.”
The Bitget executive also cited a number of their initiatives, including branding and product releases, as well as the company’s collaboration with football player Lionel Messi, as some of the factors contributing to its expansion during the previous years. “I guess it’s because of these things that we are doing—we are growing, in terms of the secret sauce,” she continued. In addition, Chen claims that the increase leaves them “financially healthy” and able to engage in more activities.
